Position Summary:

 Come and join our team of professionals at River Crest Hospital. The receptionist position works in the main lobby of River Crest Hospital and is responsible to cover the main switchboard in the Hospital. She/he will present a pleasant disposition and phone manner; possess strong customer service skills, strong computer skills and must be able to multi-task. Must be dependable and punctual; present a professional appearance for office setting; and possess good typing and organizational skills. Performs other duties as assigned.



 The ideal applicant will have a previous work history utilizing a multi-line phone system as well as strong customer service skills.  The majority of the work will be done while seated; however, standing, stooping and occasional lifting of approx 20 lbs. is required.  Works in a well-lighted and air conditioned environment; occasional periods of high stress.  Excellent oral communication skills, operation of a computer, and a multiline phone system.
