Position Summary:
The Pride Institute has been providing the LGBTQ+ community a comfortable, safe alternative to traditional treatment programs for over 30 years.  Our staff at our Rule 31 Residential program in Eden Prairie, MN provide integrated treatment services for adults with chemical dependency, sexual compulsivity, and co-occurring disorders.

We are looking for a mental health practitioner/therapist to provide mental health services for our clients, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy sessions, psycho-educational group facilitation, small process group facilitation, and coordination and facilitation of Pride’s Kindred family program.
This position is considered full-time and benefits-eligible. The schedule can be somewhat flexible – our facility programming hours are 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The “standard” work week is Monday through Friday, but our mental health staff work an every fourth weekend rotation. 
Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and an unrestricted LPCC or LMFT to practice in Minnesota. Ideal candidates will also possess a specialty certification and/or advanced training (like EMDR) and dual licensure (like LPCC + LADC).
