LVN II functions under the supervision of the Assistant Director of
Nursing/Charge Nurse. The LVN II assures provision of care to an
assigned patient population, utilizing the principles of Performance
Improvement in collaboration with other health team members. Supports
an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the
Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.

1. An LVN currently licensed by the
State of Texas 2. Must possess current BLS certification upon
hire and maintain certification throughout employment 3.
Minimum of one year experience in hospital setting, prefer 2 years.
