The Flight Paramedic functions under the direction of the Medical Control Physician, and the LIFESTAR Department Director. The Flight Paramedic assures provision of care to an assigned patient population in a professional manner, utilizing a systematic approach and the principles of continuous quality improvement in collaboration with other health team members. This position requires proficiency in critical pre-hospital patient management. Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.

1. EMTP currently certified or licensed by the Texas DSHS,
National Registry Preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience.
National Registry required within 18 months of hire.
