Our purpose is to offer caring, effective behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults and senior adults throughout North Carolina who suffer from mental illness, chemical dependency or developmental disability.

Brynn Marr Hospital currently has part-time Registered Nurse positions available. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:  ​Provide nursing care through physical and mental assessments, treatment plans and therapeutic treatments. Participate in the department's performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Perform crisis intervention. Develop and implement patient care services.​


Knowledgeable of a wide range of disorders; cognitive, emotional, developmental, social and behavioral.
Strong verbal, written, organizational, supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information.Ability to initiate and implement all phases of the nursing process and provide safe nursing care. Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Current NC State Registered Nurse License. One year psychiatric/neuro-psychiatric experience with adolescents and/or young adults in a hospital or residential setting. ​
