Position Summary:

Manage and facilitate the facilities’ incoming telephone calls and transfer calls effectively. Project and maintain a professional image to callers, as well as visitors, staff, and patients entering the building. Process admissions/inquiries utilizing established policies. Maintain the facility census statistics in an orderly manner. Type and copy various facility materials. Key in patient charges in the HPMS system.

Hours will be 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm during the week and rotate between 8:00 am - 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: One year experience as receptionist/secretary or position relevant to customer service preferred.

Other knowledge/skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Use of office equipment, i.e., computer, typewriter, copy machine, fax, telephone. Ability to work with customers in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks required.
