Position Summary:

Northwest Texas Healthcare System is a 395-bed acute care and 85 bed behavioral health medical center serving the city of Amarillo and the surrounding region. The Marketing Coordinator participates in development and implementation of focused marketing strategies for hospital product lines that support revenue goals. Utilizes hospital and regional competitive intelligence data to assist in marketing action plans. Support tracking, monitoring and evaluating marketing campaigns, their accomplishments and ROI. Responsible for managing the hospital website, social media, marketing collateral, and producing hospital newsletters/publications. Serves as a point of contact in the department for community/media relations and marketing outreach activities. Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Services Excellence Standards to all customer groups.

Bachelor's degree Master's degree preferred 5 years experience in a healthcare, public relations, communications, media, journalism or marketing.

Proficient in various video production technologies and software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities Experience with Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint and Excel Good interpersonal skills

Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications skills.

Ability to work evenings and weekends on occasion
