The Charge Nurse I functions under the supervision of the Department Director. The Charge Nurse I assures provision of care to an assigned patient population in a professional manner, utilizing the nursing process and the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement in collaboration with other health team members. |An RN currently licensed by the State of Texas, or eligible to obtain a TX RN license, Current BLS certification upon hire/promotion and through out employment;One Year Medical-Surgical-Orthopedic experience.|
