Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, this position is responsible for creating an environment of technical and analytical excellence, assessing the technical and analytical capabilities of staff, and coaching staff to regularly improve technical and analytical skills. 

Provides technical leadership and direction, project management and administrative direction to Technical Services team members as assigned.

  • 5-7 years of increasingly responsible technical experience with at least 3 years of technical experience in healthcare and at least 3 years experience as a senior project leader is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) is preferred.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is preferred.
