|Assumes responsibility and accountability for coordinating the activities and providing clinical and administrative leadership and expertise in one or more defined areas of the facility. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates clinical staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.|
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
BSN preferred. Minimum of one year full time or three years part time
experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years
supervisory experience preferred.
ECG certification upon hire or completion within 3 months of hire date AHA BLS, ACLS (current upon hire).
Current Florida state nursing license. Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility. Certification in areas of specialty preferred.
