The Administrative Assistant T&D performs administrative functions to implement, support and/or maintain programs, activities, operations, and initiatives of the HR Corporate Training & Development Department. In addition, will also serve as administrative support to VP, Human Resources.
Essential Job Duties:
Creates and maintains Training & Development Operating
Procedures, i.e., documenting processes.
Technical School, 2 years College or Associates Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience required. Bachelor's Degree with 5 + years experience preferred.
Demonstrates working knowledge of general office administrative
practices and secretarial functions such as: training and development
operation procedures, scheduling and monitoring learning events and
activities to ensure participation and attendance, training record
maintenance, tracking and reporting, budget and invoice management,
course material creation, coordination and site distribution, travel
and meeting arrangements, office equipment requirements and
maintenance, ordering and maintaining office supplies, business
etiquette, and mail services.
