Arrowhead Behavioral Health, is a 42-bed private, free-standing psychiatric hospital located in Maumee, OH. Arrowhead offers a private, confidential and non-institutional environment conducive to healing and recovery. Arrowhead provides a variety of specialized services for adults and seniors 18 and older. Services include:

• Inpatient Acute Psychiatric Services
• Inpatient Substance Abuse and Detoxification Treatment
• Inpatient Dual Diagnosis (Co-occurrence of mental illness with substance abuse)
• Geriatric Inpatient Psychiatry
• Suboxone Induction and Maintenance (for Opiate Dependence)
• Vivitrol Maintenance Program (for Alcohol Dependence)
• Outpatient Treatment
  o Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
  o Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
  o Relapse Prevention (Aftercare)
• 28-Day Dual-Diagnosis Rehabilitation Programs

  o Impaired Practitioners Program

Arrowhead Behavioral Health currently has a PRN Receptionist position available. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:

Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.

Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.

Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.

Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.

Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.

Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.

Receives mail, and deliveries.

Takes payments for services and products.

Sells meal tickets to employees and guests and reconciles accounts.

Assist with deposits.

Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

Other duties may be assigned.


High School diploma or GED; One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
