You'll enjoy high levels of autonomy as you supervise the broadest range of recruitment activities, including advertising, interviewing, referring applications, reference and licensure checking, background checks and offering positions.

Requirements

      A bachelor’s degree is required, BSN, HR Management or other related degree strongly preferred.

      Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet, database and word processing applications required.

      Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

      Project management experience required.

      Professional appearance and demeanor required.

      Previous hospital experience strongly preferred.

      Human Resources experience strongly preferred.

      Previous recruitment experience prefer

       

      One to three years’ experience with demonstrated competency in self-directed, independently functioning position requiring advanced organizational skills.
