Three Rivers Residential Treatment-Midlands Campus is a
59-bed comprehensive residential treatment facility for children and
adolescents providing treatment for psychiatric and chemical
dependency related illnesses.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the

Ensures and maintains a clean and safe environment by adhering to
safety and security regulations, properly using and storing supplies,
and reporting potential hazards to Director of Support Services.

Orients and assists in training of
new staff to unit(s)
Strongly Prefer, Bachelors degree in psychology or a related field
with at least one year direct experience working with adolescents and
children in a residential setting. Prefer at least one year
demonstrated supervisory experience.
Associate degree in
psychology or a health related field with 3 years direct care
experience working with adolescents/children in residential,
juvenile/domestic relations, education or recreation setting. Prefer
at least one year demonstrated supervisory experience.
possess demonstrated leadership ability, the ability to communicate
effectively with diverse groups and individuals, strong oral and
written communication skills.
Must have a valid SC
driver’s license in good standing.
Must possess knowledge
of therapeutic relationships, therapeutic processes, adolescent
growth and development, limit-setting and behavior management, crisis
management of aggressive behaviors and CPR.
Requires ability to
work in a fast-paced environment.
