Position Purpose: Registered Nurse will follow the ANA Standards of Psychiatric mental Health-Clinical Nursing Practice, including standards of care based on the nursing process, and standards of professional performance.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Effective oral and written communication skills.
Licenses or Certifications: Current licensure in the state of Arkansas. Current CPR and CPI certifications, or must obtain within 2-weeks of hire (offered on-site).
Total education, vocational training and experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Working knowledge of psychiatric nursing modalities preferred. Documented experience working with children (ages 5-12), adolescents (ages 13-18), and/or adults (ages 18 plus) preferred.
