Health Services is a 77-bed acute care facility located in Benton, AR
, has been providing quality health care to the residents of Arkansas
since 1986. Rivendell provides and array of emotional and behavioral
health services for adults, children and adolescents. Our
multi-disciplinary treatment approach has created an environment for
healing. Rivendell currently has an Assessment and Referral
Representative position available. The candidate selected will
be responsible for the following:
I. A&R FUNCTIONS
inquiry/referral calls, completes inquiry/referral form on each call,
schedules assessment and completes follow-up on all inquiry and

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a Masters Degree in a
Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited
university. A minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience
is preferred along with experience in individual, group, and family
therapy. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws
governing services to children, adolescent and adults preferred. A
basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service
systems as related to special education and behavior treatment
preferred. RN license is preferred with minimum of
Associate's Degree in Nursing.
