Saint Simons By-The-Sea is a
psychiatric and addictive disease hospital for adults and adolescents
located on beautiful Saint Simons Island, here in the Golden Isles.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive behavioral
health care services for our patients. We are seeking a
part-time Administrative Assistant to support key Administrative
staff, including the CEO.
Responsibilities would include the following, but not limited too...
*Coordinate medical staff committee meetings, including agenda, minutes, and communication/reminder to leadership team and physicians’ when/where meeting is.
*Compose, type, and distribute correspondence for key administrative staff.
*Assist administrative staff in preparing for various surveys, audits, and site reviews.
*Assist administrative staff with various administrative and clerical tasks, including preparation for special events, budgeting process, managed care contracts, physician contracting, etc.
*Maintain schedule for meeting rooms.
*Make copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
*Read and route incoming mail.
*Arrange travel schedule and reservations.
*Perform other duties as assigned.
*Support facility internal and
external customer service standards.
Minimum of two year business degree or equivalent combined education and experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software programs. Also, must be able to work flexible hours.
