Position Summary:

The kind of philosophy that gets nurses talking.

Our nurses have voices that really count. So it's no surprise that word is spreading about the levels of total support and job satisfaction that nurses find here. Our philosophy is that when our nurses speak, we always listen. Feedback isn't just encouraged, it’s acted upon. The flow of ideas and the great interaction between our nurses, doctors and management is at the heart of everything we provide to patients and staff alike. For our nurses, it's the kind of two-way communication and sense of involvement that makes the difference between doing a job, and enjoying it to the fullest-possible extent. Right now, we would like to talk to graduates of an accredited school of nursing, who hold a current State of Texas RN license and BLS certification. This unit provides care to patients with total joint replacements as well as general orthopedic needs.

Northwest Texas Healthcare is a 475 bed system serving the city of Amarillo and the surrounding region. We offer the ideal combination of traditional values and the most advanced technologies in healthcare, plus the conveniences of big city living in a friendly, smaller-town atmosphere. From the beauty of Palo Duro Canyon and great recreational facilities, to our quality educational system, Amarillo is a great place to live and work.

We're looking for employees who can add to our culture of exemplary patient care and personal excellence. We're looking for exceptional professionals who share our vision and values.

Join us and make a difference!
