In our Women Infant Health Department, we, too, inspire the best. We are seeking a Manager to head up our highly committed team. In this crucial role, reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the internal functioning of the department, managing both our special patient population and our employees with swift responsiveness, compassion and great expertise. Working with your new staff, you will play an active role in performance improvement, considering individual suggestions and conducting problem-solving activities. You will also complete annual proficiency testing and department education/ certification requirements per policy.

Requirements
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
In addition to your superlative people skills and 2 years leadership experience, you must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas, a current BLS certification and a BSN.
