Valle Vista Health System is a free-standing, full-service provider of behavioral health and addiction treatment services. We offer treatment for psychiatric disorders as well as drug and alcohol rehabilitation and detoxification services. We have offered treatment for children, adolescents and adults since 1983. Valle Vista offers a full continuum of care including day or evening outpatient services, intensive outpatient services, partial hospitalization, residential treatment and acute inpatient services.

Manage and direct the activities of the business office (billing, collection, financial counseling and data processing) staff. Implement policies and procedures toward productive functioning of the department. Implement and monitor performance goals and objectives. Ensure accurate capturing and posting of financial activity. Maintain Accounts Receivable at amounts appropriate for market, payor, and acuity mix.

Education/Licensure: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field or experience commensurate with position

Experience: 2-4 years experience in healthcare accounts receivable; supervisory experience required

Additional Requirements: Knowledge of credit and collections, third party reimbursement, and accounting systems. Strong PC and analytical skills; knowledge and use of basic business machines (10-key calculator, copy machine, facsimile, etc)
